WHAT DOES 3HEADED GIANT DO?
Three Headed Giant (3HG), subsidiary of Hestia within the Cronos Group, is a service management service and consulting provider. We provide innovative out-of-the-box and customised solutions that help clients organise, manage and control their services efficiently and effectively. Our approach is results-oriented, with the aim of delivering real added value to our clients. HOW DO WE WORK?
On the basis of good practice frameworks (e.g. ITIL, COBIT, etc.) our certified consultants help set up a “service-oriented organisation”. In order to improve the quality of service towards internal and/or external customers, it is important to find the right interaction between the following 3 factors:
- People: people carry out activities that provide a service to the user
- Process: the activities are structured into repeatable processes
- Product: the processes are supported by one or more tools
This is also the symbolism of the name 3 Headed Giant: People, Process, Product – the 3 heads – which must be in balance in order for the giant to function.
